Encore was established in 2007 to help young professional musicians bridge the gap between music college and a full-time, performing career.
With a broad range of experience in marketing and business management, we understand the expectations of the commercial market, ensuring all Encore musicians are well prepared to provide a market-leading service that secures repeat bookings.
As musicians ourselves, we also understand the challenges facing young musicians at the start of their careers. As well as providing performance platforms, we also provide full marketing and publicity support, showcase opportunities and access to a special Members’ Area where musicians can network, share experiences and form new ensembles etc.
Fair Pay/ Referral Scheme
All musicians are paid at or above MU rates.
Should we receive a request for an ensemble not currently on our books and an Encore musician knows of an ensemble that fits the bill, we will pay the Encore musician a percentage of the booking fee if we are subsequently able to fulfil the request.
Audition Process
Auditions are held twice a year but we are always looking for talented, young musicians to join the agency. If you are interested in joining Encore, please download and complete the application form and return to info@encore-midlands.com.
